Puerto Rico owes creditors $73 billion, and many on the island have called on the US government to craft a bailout package to address it. No other candidate campaigned there and the GOP has opposed crafting a bailout package in Congress - a deeply unpopular stance for many Puerto Ricans.

Puerto Rico is one of the few US jurisdictions that allow inmates to vote. Ohio Gov. John Kasich, whose state also holds a winner-take-all primary on March 15, is still seeking his first win. He is on pace to capture the majority of the votes, meaning he would take all 23 delegates. He also won in Minnesota in a race that has been dominated by Cruz and Trump.

It wasn't clear how many delegates the contest awards him. "So, I think the leadership on the island has to show their willingness to get their house in order and put in place measures [to] allow the economy there to grow again". Democrats in ME are holding their caucuses.

Florida Sen. Marco Rubio has events in Idaho - rallies in Idaho Falls and Boise - ahead of the state's primary on Tuesday. At least 1,237 delegates are needed o secure the Republican presidential nomination.

China cuts its economic growth target to 6.5-7 percent
The world's second-largest economy also set its growth target for the next five years at a modest 6.5% or above. The demand for exports has significantly reduced and growth last declined to a 25-year low of 6.9 percent.

Maine Democratic and Puerto Rico Republican voters had to the polls Sunday as front-runners from both parties, Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump, were dealt blows from the their opponents on Saturday.

Trump is saying "Marco has to get out of the race".

Rubio's campaign is rejecting Trump's call and pledging to continue attacking Trump's business record and conservative credentials. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Donald Trump in all four states voting on Super Saturday. Rubio will likely look to his home state of Florida as a key upcoming battleground, which may be a must-win contest for the senator.

Despite Clinton's commanding lead in the delegate count, Sanders vowed to keep fighting until the Democratic convention in Philadelphia this summer. John McCain - are fearful a Trump victory would lead to a disastrous November election, with losses up and down the GOP ticket.
