El Chapo willing to plead guilty to avoid confinement

The museum, which preserves for posterity the crimes of big-guns Al Capone and Bugsy Siegel, opened a new exhibit this week dedicated to Mexican drug-lord, Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman.

Now, Guzman's visits with his lawyer and his wife are shorter and chaperoned.
