The Indianapolis Colts will be hosting cornerback Patrick Robinson for a visit on Wednesday.

The Dallas Cowboys thought they had a deal in place with free agent cornerback Patrick Robinson, but that was before Robinson switched agents from Kevin Conner to Ron Butler. Robinson has seen action in three postseason contests (two starts) and compiled nine tackles (six solo), two passes defensed and two special teams tackles. Robinson visited the Cowboys last weekend and multiple reports following that visit said the Cowboys expected to sign Robinson before he left the building. He is a versatile, experienced and steady corner that gives us immediate help opposite Vontae. Robinson would fill one of them, although the defense would still have some issues to take care of.

Even after his resurgent year, it's tough to imagine that Robinson will step in as a full-time starter and top-level cornerback for the Colts, but he certainly adds depth and should be a reliable option who can contribute on the outside or in the slot.

Biyombo's double-double lifts Raptors over Magic
Victor Oladipo and Evan Fournier had 21 points apiece for the Magic. "They made big plays down the stretch", Vogel said. The Magic (29-40) will continue their east coast road trip with a visit to Boston tomorrow.

Robinson, a 28-year old corner, was originally drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft out of Florida State.

This could be a power play by Robinson or his new agent to squeeze some more money out of the Cowboys, but for a player who has only 10 starts and one interception during the 2015 season, it seems highly doubtful. The Colts are in need of a cornerback, as several members of their secondary are free agents.
