Clinton to campaign in North Carolina Thursday

Former President Bill Clinton is calling on voters in New Orleans to support his wife in the state's upcoming presidential primary.

The former president pushed Hillary Clinton's plan for student loan debt, criminal justice reform, infrastructure improvements and clean energy.
