Sultan's Easter egg hunt takes place near the gazebo on Main Street, and extends down to River Park.

An Easter egg hunt will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Crystal Township Park, sponsored by the Crystal Area Chamber of Commerce.

Children from newborn to the age of 12 were bundled up against the frosty weather and biting wind, eager to grab as numerous 15,000 candy-filled plastic eggs strewn across the park's ballfields as possible in the hopes that one would have a "magic ticket" inside to win additional Easter prizes.

"With Easter being a popularly celebrated holiday, the annual egg hunt has just grown over time", she said. The cost for breakfast is $5 per person.

CARNEYS POINT - The Salem County Sportsmans Club is hosting its annual Easter Egg Hunt on March 26 at 1 p.m. Children should bring baskets to hold the eggs they collect. The Sportsmans Club is located at 273 US-40 in Carneys Point. She was glad to be able to bring her child to something fun after a long winter.
