Apple seems all set for it's 'Let's loop you in' launch event later tonight.

The new phone, dubbed the iPhone SE, has the same basic shape as the iPhone 5, which the company first introduced in 2012.

And even though Cook has been outspoken about his opposition to a judge's order compelling Apple to write software that overrides iPhone security features, tech analysts say he probably won't risk overshadowing the company's products by discussing the case at Monday's event.

Apple believes this setting will be particularly useful for those who read their device or watch video before going to bed, as the Night Shift screens will cut out much of the blue light that has been shown to interrupt sleep patterns.

Apple could use a lift. "We have a responsibility to help you protect your data and your privacy", said Cook. "We did not expect to be in this position", CEO Tim Cook told the gathering. We owe it to our customers and owe it to our country. Given past performance we can expect Apple to sell something in the region of, say, 60 million iPhones. Windows 10 users will also be able to watch it via Edge browser.

14 dead as Spanish bus carrying students crashes
Local reports said the injured, mostly aged between 22 and 29, were from the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, Ukraine and Spain. The bus was travelling on the AP-7 motorway near Tarragona when the crash happened at about 6am local time.

But the primary focus was on the two new devices. Front and centre will likely be the new iPhone 5SE, a 4-inch smartphone with the looks of the iPhone 5S, and the brains of the iPhone 6 and 6S.

The iPhone SE will also have a 12-megapixel camera, which should be as good as the camera now in the iPhone 6S.

Perhaps the most significant thing about the iPhone SE is its price.

iPhone SE will be available in space grey, silver, gold and rose gold metallic finishes in 16GB and 64GB models, starting at £359. That marks the lowest price ever for a brand new iPhone and could help the company attract more budget-minded consumers. The last year's iPad Pro was considered too large by many who were primarily looking to purchase a tablet for content consumption. The size is the same as that of the iPad Air 2. It has the same high-powered chip as the iPad Pro, the same four-speaker set-up for audio, and the same camera that's in the iPhone 6s. A 32 GB model starts at $599, while a new 256 GB model runs $899. The company is not expected to announce the iPhone 7 until the fall, according to analysts, when the company typically announces its new phones.
