FOX Sports 1 analyst and former middleweight Brian Stann breaks down the two main events of Saturday's UFC 196 (Holly Holm vs. Miesha Tate and Conor McGregor vs. Nick Diaz) with The Post's Justin Terranova.

If the two end up clinching near the cage, Diaz has a stellar harai goshi he could use to judo-toss McGregor to the mat. The Irish didn't take that act kindly and slapped his opponent's hand away with UFC president Dana White in between them.

Speaking ahead of the Diaz fight, McGregor openly mused about challenging welterweight champion Robbie Lawler for his strap.

McGregor was originally supposed to be in a super fight with Rafael Dos Anjos, but as we all know, RDA dropped out from a broken foot.

Prediction: Though an extremely tough fight, I've got Nate submitting McGregor in the 3.

Speaking about the face-off between the pair which ended in McGregor hitting Diaz's hand, the Irishman said: "The man was afraid to look me dead in the eye, so he put a frame out in front of him and I quickly snatched it and broke his wrist".

Rupert Murdoch marries Jerry Hall
Among those wishing the nearly-weds well is Piers Morgan, a friend of media mogul Rupert since his early days in journalism. Rupert Murdoch and Jerry Hall at the 2016 Vanity Fair Oscar Party on Sunday, February 28, 2016 in Beverly Hills, California.

When an audience member compared him to Muhammad Ali, McGregor thanked him for the praise but dismissed any suggestion that they were on the same level. "The fight can constantly be moving in different ways", says Hayes.

Prediction: Though I hope Sanchez will get the win, and maybe retire on a high note, I think Miller will be able to get Sanchez to the ground and submit him, maybe in the 2.

The incident came after both fighters trade verbal jabs for 45 minutes. You want to shake things up for them and make them come into your wheelhouse, where you're the best, and Ronda just went out there that night with the wrong plan. Nate Diaz's legs get chopped up repeatedly.

"It's great being here in Las Vegas fighting in the 'Fight Capital of the World, ' fighting in such a big event", Latifi said. "I'll strangle you in a heartbeat, and you as well ya little juice-head".

"I'll tell you this, to be brutally honest with you, as a fan, I love her attitude and I love that". McGregor was looking to hold both the featherweight and lightweight belts simultaneously following his 13-second destruction of Jose Aldo at UFC 194.

To Diaz, UFC 196 is about taking from McGregor what he feels he deserves.
